A quick explanation

I have taken Steve's original posting of the week-long overview and broken it up into smaller (and daily) pieces to make it easier for us to comment and question individual pieces in a clearer way. I look forward to hearing what all of you do with this exciting material. Please note the oldest material in the blog is further down. It's kind of backward (like Hebrew), but after a while you get used to it.
